Town Hall Birdhouse

This handcrafted and architectural town hall birdhouse is designed to accommodate the purple martins. It has 6 compartments on each side with each compartment hole measuring 2 inches. It’s made of wood and finished with a non-toxic pure white oil-based paint. To protect your purple martins from owls, hawks, snakes and raccoons, place the bird house in a combination of open fields and water. In order to improve your chances of attracting this magnificent bird, place the birdhouse somewhere between 15' and 20' in the air, no less than 40' and not more than a 120' away from your home. The purple martin house is designed to be pole mounted by drilling holes on the base of the house. The holes are not pre-drilled and the pole is not included. The back wall is removable for easy cleaning.
