"I just got an e-mail from my father that he received the birdfeeder yesterday, but no-one asked for a signature, they just left it on the front door. I don't know what happened to the first one, and I'm sorry it was not delivered to them, but I do thank you all for the replacement and your kind attention in this matter. When ordering from outside of the U.S. it is helpful to know you have a Customer Service support that is responsive. I live abroad and have converted Internet into my "personal shopping center" to send gifts to the family in the U.S.
