Q1. What will appear on my credit card statement for my order amount?

A1. Please make a note that a charge from "Outdoor Birdfeeders, Inc." will appear on your credit card statement for your order amount.
PayPal Orders will show "PayPal OutdoorBird 402-935-7733 CA"

Q2. What is the best way to contact "Outdoor Birdfeeders, Inc."?

A2. If you should have any questions regarding your order, please send an e-mail to (Outdoor Birdfeeders, Inc.), at help@outdoofbirdfeeders.com. We will reply to your inquiry ASAP.

Q3. What happens to my order if it is not in stock?

A3. The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.

Q4. What shipping service do you use?

A4. We usually ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If we find one that is less expensive we may use that one instead.
