About Outdoor Birdfeeders, Inc. Outdoor Birdfeeders, Inc. is based in Mascotte, Florida as an online website for selling bird feeders for the bird lover in us all. We have been online since 2005. We have a very beneficial web site for all of us to browse and learn from. We carry a variety of bird feeder products including squirrel proof bird feeders.

We opened our online website http://www.OutdoorBirdfeeders.com in 2005 and began adding as many products as we could to give you the best product for you to enjoy.

Outdoor Birdfeeders, Inc. was opened in Orlando, FL. At this time we are selling Bird Products, Garden Decor Products, Water Products, and Squirrel Products including Squirrel Proof Products. Keep us booked marked and look into us from time to time to see where we are going and to see what we may be offering.

Update: On August 12, 2007 Outdoor Birdfeeders, Inc. moved from Millenia Blvd in Orlando, FL to Shady Nook Dr in Clermont, FL. This was a temporary address until we found out where we wanted to have our new home.

Update: On October 12, 2007 we had a booth set up for the 1st annual Parish Fall Festival. The 1st annual Parish Fall Festival went very nicely. We gave away two baskets filled with a bird feeder and stuff to go along with it.

Update: On December 31, 2007 Outdoor Birdfeeders, Inc. moved from Shady Nook Dr in Clermont, FL to our new address 31 Elizabeth Ave, Mascotte, FL 34753.

Refund, Exchange, Warranty and/or Cancellation policies

Refund policies: There are no refunds. All Sales Are Final.

Exchange policies: You have a 15 day 100% guarantee to exchange the merchandise from the date of delivery. You must e-mail us to make arrangements for any exchanges. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise for an exchange or you will void any and all exchange rights. We will provide instructions to you via e-mail on how, when and where. All orders exchanged, for other than damages, will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.

Warranty policies: We have a 15 day 100% warranty guarantee from the date of delivery. If you have warranty claims or damages, please e-mail us. Simply type in the subj. line "Damaged". In the body of the e-mail type "Damaged" and the the number of the item(s) damaged. Example: COMMENTS: "Damaged; 00023; 00049". If a shipment or part of a shipment is missing, then the same applies. PLEASE DO NOT CALL IN DAMAGES. You may be required to take pictures of the damages, preferably digital to be sent by e-mail. upon receiving the pictures, you may exchange the item one (1) for one (1) or exchange the item for another product. If you exchange the item for another product an adjustment may be made to cover the remaining balance. Please allow time to process and look at your statement before contacting us with further questions.

Cancellation policies: Once you submit your order the order will be processed ASAP. You have the option of canceling your order until the new day starts at midnight. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) or Eastern Savings Time (EST). Once the new day starts your order becomes "FINAL." You may Exchange the product. for up to 15 days. (Please see the Exchange Policy.)

E-mail cancellations must contain the following:

First name, last name, order number, (This will be the last 3 to 4 digits of the full order number.) and email address.

This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Out of Stock policies: The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
