Super Stop-A-Squirrel Proof Birdfeeder

Stop-A-Squirrel from Getting My

Bird Seeds!

Do you have squirrels who frequently visit your yard looking for something that does not belong to them?

Most likely you do. That's why you are here. Right?

Squirrels are attractive and fun to watch like this drunken squirrel I found on the internet.

However, squirrels are also a nuisance to people who are only trying to feed the birds that bring them chirps and songs to listen to!

I have 5 squirrels in my own yard who have been trying to get at my bird seeds for a while now. Recently I decided to buy a squirrel feeder.

This squirrel feeder will not only keep them away from my bird food but entertain me too. I give them 2 ears of corn and I watch them jump up on the corn and they start bouncing all over the place until they get a good bite. That's my entertainment.
Keep in mind to place your squirrel feeder about 15 feet away from your bird feeder. This will keep the squirrels away from your birdfeeder for longer periods of time.
I also bought a squirrel proof bird feeder.

All 5 of the squirrels have been taking turns trying to get at those seeds.

Here are a few features I look for when I buy a squirrel proof bird feeder.

Durability
- I look for quality work. I must have something that will last for years.
Weight Adjustable - I like to have the option of adjusting the weight to allow for different types of birds throughout the year.
Perching Area
- The area must give the bird enough room to maneuver comfortably
Large Seed Capacity
- I like to feed the birds once in a while. The larger the bin is the more seeds it can hold. Fewer trips to the feeder, means more time to watch them eat.
Drainage holes
- When mildew clings to the feeder it also clings to the seeds. By providing drainage holes you allow the moisture to seep out of the feeder keeping the seeds dry and ready to eat.
